Shipping policy

This policy explains where we ship, shipping fees, order processing, delivery estimates, order changes/cancellations, and delivery issue handling for orders placed on buffalofurniturecompany.com.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Fees
- Orders of $130 or more: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $130: $12 flat rate shipping fee
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes; no additional tax will be added at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location and carrier availability. Total delivery time = processing time (1–2 business days) + transit time (3–6 business days).
Shipping Carriers
We ship using major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and we may also use regional carriers depending on the item, destination, and service availability.
Carrier selection is based on factors such as package size/weight, destination, and operational capacity. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier for every order.
Some larger or bulky items may ship via freight delivery. Freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling, and the carrier may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.
When available, tracking details will be provided after shipment. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier’s first scan.
Signature Requirements
Most deliveries do not require a signature. The carrier will leave the package at your address unless signature confirmation is specifically requested or required for high-value items. If you will not be available to receive the package, please provide delivery instructions during checkout or contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes out of stock after you place your order:
- We will notify you via email within 1–2 business days
- You may choose to wait for restock (if available) or receive a full refund
- Refunds for out-of-stock items are processed within 10 business days
- If your order contains multiple items, in-stock items will ship as scheduled unless you request otherwise
Order Cancellation
- Before shipment: You may request cancellation by contacting us immediately. We will accommodate cancellation requests when possible, but cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed for shipment.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may refuse delivery or follow our return process once received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Contact us at info@buffalofurniturecompany.com with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will arrange for replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you
- You will not be responsible for return shipping in these cases
Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier volume during peak seasons
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
We are not liable for carrier delays but will assist in tracking your shipment. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking
- We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist in filing carrier claims when applicable.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
